I had issues with my ear that is in line with my bedroom door. Now I know why.

This is very interesting. That's been the exact layout of my bedroom for 19 years and I have developed several chronic problems with the left side of my head and the left ear! I have tinnitus on both sides of my head, though it is much more severe on my left side (people mistakenly describe it as "ringing in the ears" but it's actually going on in the brain), I have psoriasis in the ears and nowhere else on my body. Again, it's much more severe in my left ear. For several years I've had to see my ENT doctor to clean out wax build up in both ears, but it's always much more severe in my left ear with hardly any build up in my right ear. I can move my bed to the opposite wall, however on the other side of that wall is my apartment manager's kitchen. I'll check to see if her sink is there or if it's located in another part of the kitchen. Thank you!

It is certainly worth an experiment to see how thigns change. And if there is something on the other side ofthe wall like plumbing, or a kitchen, then place a mirror against the headboard wall with the mirror facing the wall to push all that away, OK?

You are so right our head was facing south so we changed to north . Behind the wall is our bathroom, so I placed a mirror facing the wall . I feel so calm relaxed and things feel so much normal bearing in mind we have been sleeping like thus way for 20yrs. I’ve changed the same in my sons room 🎉🎉🎉life can only get better

My new bedroom has the bed in line with the door ... Can't move the bed cause other wall has wifi and other electronics on the other side. I'll have to try a Crystal

And there are RF shielding materials and things you can use to mitigate those electronics. I'd recommend www.lessemf.com for ideas. They are helpful on the phone too.

What if to avoid plumbing and doors the only way is for the headboard to be right up the external wall, as in the balcony is on the other side?

I have no problem n working that position! Remember, there's practically a cure for everything, so if you are feeling creepy or anything because of an outside space right behind you in bed, place a mirror behind the headboard facing out with intentions of pushing it away or running a line of red along the back of the headboard with intentions of outdoor space not crossing over and onto your head...cures like that ought to do it...I always experiment and give it time to notice a change and then tweak as necessary!
