Hey wonderful people,in this video I share how long it took for me to get my Visa Approved…how Covid 19 affected my Visa Interview.The time frame during my Visa process and finally how the USA Embassy in Nairobi ,Kenya approved my migration .

I really liked your story. You're a driven lady, and you'll make it here. I came as a student to do my MBA, now a greencard holder. It was not easy in 2019 as a student, but God has been faithful, He has opened many doors. If you're here as a student, make sure you finish your studies. Trust me, it will make your life easier. If you're on a greencard, you're good to go. All the best dear.

@ABC-rf9op Thank you. I went to the US on a student visa. I have family in the US. I met my husband through my sister. I got greencard through marriage. Getting sponsored by a company is not easy. H1B is very competitive, and you probably would have to do a STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) degree. Even with a stem degree, the visa is still a lottery. If you choose to come as a student, all the best.

Good morning Koi l have an interview for visiting visa what's questions and documents requirement is required for you to have a visa

Hey Ken ,all the answer that you give must show you have no intention of staying in America after your visit .Have documents that show strong home ties;eg family,marriage,job,Title deed,business permit,letter of employment etc hao watu will play with your psychology and twist questions to see if your purpose is only to visit or to stay so have your purpose of visit right. I will do a video about B1/B2 but Incase your interview is sooner feel free to email me .Hopefully this was helpful

Pls can anyone help me if am married to American and my visa greencard is saying it might take longer or shorter time is there any way to travel while waiting for approval

Unfortunately no, until your visa is approved, you cannot be granted entry to America so your travel is contingent on having the visa on hand. In fact, the airline itself may stop you from boarding if you do not have requisite documentation to your destination country

A visiting visa aka B2 visa does not permit you to work in USA. Working while on a B2 visa violates your visa status. If your intention is to work, then you would need to change your immigration status. In addition, for you to be employed in USA you need to have a Work Permit and Social Security Number which B2 holders are not eligible for .
