Rohan, a young social worker in his early 20s had established an NGO for public welfare. He found that in a village named Rampur the facility of public washrooms was lacking. When he talked to the village elders regarding, they seemed to contradict his modern views. He understood the need for change so he tried to convince the village elders regarding the need for sanitation. At first they were not interested but when he told about the hazards of open defecation their interest was drawn towards the matter. Rohan tried to raise some fund to begin the process and was able to get enough fund with the help of local population to open a small public washroom. Hence, he pioneered the cause of sanitation.

He also took food department approval and checked the quality of milk before selling. In this way,villagers got more profit and the shelf life of milk got increased. Vijayant a 21 year old B tech civil engineering student who is currently in his final year lives in tier 2 city and visits home like always he do in his semester break as he found that lot of development has been taken place gradually in his city the very next day of his arrival while going for morning run he saw there's still a major problem in his area that people are still dumping wastes, Garbages in an open ground near his area and he also saw that , that area is just next to there area's playground and after that he decided to use this as an opportunity of converting waste into useful product (which he learnt in during his college projects/Academics) So he took the help of the paid labour along with his area manager and use this all waste to convert it into bio brick which is durable enough and he along with his team (with a member who are recently inducted in engg college execute this idea) and gave the bricks to area incharge and he constructed a small dome over there which become a warehouse of playground kids to store there sports kits and team kit. And thag area become useful for kids playing there and no longer missed use for using dumbs and the news also become inspiration for more areas like this.
