Had a similar situation when i was moving from Ghana to New York.had to take some of my clothes outta my bag cos it weighed more,It wasn’t even a big suitcase.but they didn’t take any yellow card from me I don’t know why.i wish i knew much information before traveling. get information and watch videos if you’re traveling for the first time. It’ll help alot.
