Since working in restaurants and now being an independent consultant with Arbonne I have learned so much about gut health and that SO MANY people walk around not know they have an allergy to things they consume oh so often.

Thank you so much for sharing this. I can proudly say I’m dairy free also. I was having similar issues as you were . Thank the good Lord above , I found out my problem. I loved cheese and yogurt ! I know you feel so much better because I do too. Again appreciate you sharing this! Have a wonderful day ❤️🙏🏼

My 16 yr old is so lactose intolerant so he's totally dairy free & I've noticed he has more energy now too! Thank you for sharing this info❤
