I was 17 years old when the song came out. I’ve been a fan of Kate Bush since 1979. I always wished people here in the US would give her chance and listen to her art. Now here I am, 56 years old and Kate is suddenly recognized in the US. Thank you Stranger Things!!

I love that this show has so many main characters - in many series there are 1-3 main characters & they are the center of the attention and everything just evolves around them but in Stranger Things many characters are equally important - never in a show before did so many characters grown on my heart - the Kids, Hopper & Joyce and more… Like even though Eleven is the superhero with her magic powers & comes to save them all in the end she still isn’t the center of attention - all the other characters have long storylines too & play a huge part like f. ex in Season 3 - Billy, Heather, the Victims of the Mindflayer Nancy & Jonathan Dustin, Erica, Steve & Robin Joyce & Hopper Max & Eleven Mike, Will & Lucas … they got paired together & had long scenes, Eleven wasn’t more important than anyone else and the others, despite being „normal“ became superheroes in their own way too.

I love how "Running up that hill" became the theme song of this season and integral to the plot. Though now I worry what may happen if they end up using the Placebo cover of the song in the final episodes. And what emotion they would be trying to convey if they used that version.

The single most hype bit of the trailer for me. I know it's silly because theres so many cool plot points and stakes in the vid, but seeing metal represented like this is just so fucking awesome. The subtle plants earlier in the season for his music - the Dio jacket, him stroking his guitar, his friends waiting for him to show up to band practice - I wouldnt be surprised if they get him to blast Slayer intercut with a showdown somewhere else or some crazy shit. Just fucking gassed to see a scene that is just so thoroughly metal

Exactly I feel like a lot of shows that keep going on start to drag and feel unnecessary and then have 'that season' that everyone hates but with this it just keeps getting better. Obviously nothing can compare to the mystery of the first season and there's some annoying parts of the show but overall it's so well done

At exactly 1:30 in the trailer you can see Eddie playing his guitar inside the upside down. Vecnas weakness is that his victims can break out if they hear the right music. I think Eddie is going to save somebody by using his guitar.

This is the best trailer I've ever seen. The only thing I would change here is to show clips of Steve in action. He always steps up and punches and confronts the monsters.....in all seasons. They should have shown Steve throwing punches and fighting bad guys like he always does.

I never been so hyped about a trailer before, maybe because this is very different out of all the stranger things series and I'm loving it. I will really miss this after these series end which is in season 5, and I hope they make it up to volume 3 for the last season. This is absolutely masterpiece.

I think one of those are going to die. They possibly added Eddie just to have someone to kill off or they added him to "replace" Steve. But if Steve dies it's going to be while saving Nancy so at least that'll be good entertainment

Kate Bush isn't lacking recognition, and this marks the 3rd time this song is topping the charts in 3 different generations. First when the song released in the 80s, again in 2012 when it was played at the Olympics and again now due to Stranger Things.

I really hope Eddie and Steve survived. I have a feeling that Max will die because on Episode 4 “Dear Billy”, she gave her friends and family the letters thinking she’s about to die, and I heard the ending will be emotional again, if I’m not mistaken. Also, since Season 5 will be its last season, I hope they do the same thing as Season 4. Break it down to Part 1 & 2, and this time make the finale 3 hours long like a movie 🎥 🍿

Every time a new season releases, it breaks records including the ones set by previous seasons. Season 1 releases, most viewed series on Netflix by far, season 2 releases, same thing happens again, then season 3, and now season 4. Most viewed every time. The only time another show overtook one of them was when squid game overtook season 3. But now season 4 has overtaken squid game and I can’t imagine the numbers season 5 will pull in.
