i’m crying. this exact thing happened to my cousins, they have struggled to make friends due to their autism. i remember the family being contacted to come instead just so they could have some sort of birthday party. it’s nice to see that even strangers would be willing to support him.

Everytime i see this episode i start crying like a baby. This happened to me. I invited maybe 10 people and no one came. That was when i was 23. I am 28 now and still havent had another party. But this episode really touches my heart to see so many good souls out there.

It happened to me when I was 11. I remember telling my parents it was okay cause I would have the whole cake to myself. I didn't want them to feel bad. But I cried myself to sleep that night feeling unwanted and lonely. It's heartwarming to see these people ❤

It happened to my little brother and at one point he said to me "Does that mean nobody loves me?" and i think i never cried so much when we got home ... he wondered if he had done something wrong !! The next day i called my job to tell them i wasn't going to work and asked my little brother what he wanted to do. In the end we spent the day at the Zoo and went to see a movie afterwards! He even told me it was the best birthday of his life. I was really happy ☺️

this happened to me once, none of my friends showed up to my party and my parents had booked the whole arcade for the day, 2 hours passed and there was still no one, i spent the whole day playing at the arcade with my siblings and cousins.

When that last dude said “we’ve all been there” you could see the change in his face instantly, it all came back to him!! What a beautiful soul!

I am not really well accepted by people. When i watched all these strangers come together for this, my heart melted. May you never have a bad birthday again little prince.

This one has me in my feels more than any other episode. Birthday parties are like a second Christmas for children and to see everyone help a child in this situation is too wholesome.

I cried the whole video, I invited people to my birthday every year and no one ever showed up, eventually I just stopped inviting people then I stopped celebrating all together, I wish more people would see how much this means to a kid to have anyone show up. 😭

Literally cried because only two people came to my birthday party last year. I planned it for weeks. I bought a banner and party favors and everything. I'm turning 16 this year and I don't think I'll have a party because I don't have any friends anymore. Ik I’m late on this but when I was 6 or 7, my friend threw a birthday party where she invited pretty much everyone we knew. Both of us had something wrong with us, and I probably would’ve struggled so hard to make friends if my mom didn’t make a ton of them for me. And thanks to that, I introduced most of my friends to eachother, but none of them were really clicking with this girl. Some of them didn’t like her too much, but still rasped yes. Her aunt was trying to make it special because it was her first birthday without her mom. The guest bags were filled to the brim, there were games galore, and they got two riding horses for us to take turns on. No one else showed up, even though some of them had already rvsped either “maybe” or “yes”. She looked sad for a moment before looking at me and saying, “More fun for us.” And honestly I’ll remember that party forever. We got unlimited time on the horses, played all the games, and her Aunt talked to my mom and decided to take us to an amusement park the next day. Both of us still have the pictures from the rides. She wasn’t even a close friend until that party- and after that we were essentially best friends and never even talked to the people who didn’t show up. I think of her anytime I hear about no one showing up because it wasn’t even my party and the whole thing broke my heart cause I knew she was genuinely upset. And looking back, she was letting me do things that I didn’t think much of (letting me take turns riding her scooter) but she told me later that she was just hoping that I didn’t realize how “sucky” her party was cause no one else was there. 😢

This legitimately made me start crying. Sometimes it’s easy to lose faith in humanity but it’s people like this that remind me of all the good out there

My daughter is autistic and I had her 18th Birthday at a Chuck E Cheese. She was so upset that no one was showing up for her party. One friend finally came and my daughter had a really nice time with her. A few employees at this Chuck E Cheese also joined the party. I was very grateful to all of them.

This is the worst thing ever. This happens a lot more than people realize. My daughter was turning 10. We had 7 of her friends parents confirm they were coming. We set everything up and spent the time to make gift bags, get a big cake, etc... Not a damn one of them showed or even had the courtesy to call and at least give a bullshit excuse.

My son got invited to a bday party for a kid in his class, he had invited the whole class but I had seen that only my son played with him at school. so I took an extra long lunch break during work so I could take my son to the bday party and we were the only ones that showed up. I've never forgotten the relief on the moms face when we got there and her son was so excited he never noticed no one else came.

Ive watch countless episodes of this show, and this is the first time i as far as i can remember that ive actually cried. I remember my 14th birthday party when literally one person showed up, so this hits home for me. I also remember mentioning to a new kid in my class that only one person showed up, and he told me not a single person had showed up to his last birthday party. Im nearly 30, and i still think about that boy having no one show up for him. It broke my heart.

This is one of the most traumatic moments for a child. I lived it and I know exactly how does it feel. As an adult I never celebrate my birthday anymore. I hope my daughter will never feel this way.

If you get an invitation from someone and not show up, it’s a complete disgrace to the invitee who treated you enough as a friend to invite you to their birthday party. When I was a server a mother had rented out a back room that holds about 30ppl for her son's 12th birthday and she was expecting family and friends to come celebrate and an hour went by and only three other people had came so she came up to me and said with tears in her eyes that no one else would be coming my heart sank, cause she told me that they were willing to release the back room and settle for a small table instead, I immediately told her no it's okay she can still have the room for his party and I went to the back of the restaurant where all my other servers were and I told them to bring their kids in and I called my mom to bring my little sister in, we all ended celebrating his birthday, my mom even got him a few presents for the boy, the boys mom cried and hugged us all for making his day special 🧡

Im a little late for the party and after seeing this i see nothing but complete strangers showing compassion and love for other complete strangers.PEOPLE ARE GREAT .Lesson learned here is do not underestimate the power of peoples hearts Especially when they are strangers .

I was smiling so hard, I hate people. But these arent people, these are Angels.

It’s nice to see people come together for someone they don’t know. Growing up my mom was physically and mentally abusive until she kicked me out of the house at 16. Been on my own ever since. I am 64 now and to this day I still never had a birthday party. So it makes me feel really good to know moms are better than mine. Maybe not all but hopefully much more than like mine.
