You see some strange stuff with exotic car rentals. When people leave things in the cars most of the time they ask for it back. If no one reaches out it ends up in the box of lost and found. Here are some of the items that have gone unclaimed.

I work for a well known rental company and me and the othe cleaner split the lost and found after a few months. We have found an Ipod, speakers, and portable chargers, amongst other weird items.

actually they don't return lost items. I've been through that with Apple it either gets reconditioned and sold as used or gets put in the recycling.

When I used to work at a car dealership. I found an AR-15 in the trunk. It was custom made and had a lot of extras added. At least valued at $15k. The guy came and got it of course but still wild! I’ve also found cocaine in cars people traded in and Louis Vuitton sunglasses. It was crazy! Then just other misc. stuff I’ve found.

my friend rents his supercars out on turo or whatever its spelled. and he has some interesting items left in the cars sometimes.. he found a few sexy toys (viberators and dildos) under and between seats in his Audi R8 V10, he found a handgun (pistol, 9mm) in his Ferrari 458 Italia as well as stolen/fake credit cards, found underwear and bras (not clean) in various cars as well... occasionally finds things of value, found iPhones and watches, jewelry... he makes effort to contact the people back to pick it up, but usually its some guy after pay day that's picking up a girl from the club or something to bang and its her stuff and he doesn't know her anymore.. -.- lot of sleaze balls renting super cars. weirdly the Nissan GT-R only 2 things ever left in the car (at the same time) was a ladies 2 piece bikini with suspicious fresh stains... and magazine full to a Beretta M9... every other car seems to attract more interesting crowds...

@@0xsergy it kind of is... I rent nice cars sometimes myself when I'm out of town, I own a gun and carry and I have nice phones and stuff as well... But the worst I ever left was winter gloves in the center console/cupholder of a car. I can't imagine how someone losses their guns or their girl's sex toys in a rental

i cannot imagine how a gun gets left in a rental. i can maybe understand leaving gun by mistake in glove box taking your own car in for a service. but in a rental, i dont know. my guess is they stashing it when they thought someone noticed or police came rolling. being as i occasionally help clean the cars, the guns usually tucked between center consoles and the seats.. or tossed under the seats. as for sex in cars. he dislike it. but discussing things with him about it, unfortunately not very much you can do.. people will blindly sign agreements then still break the rules.. and best he can do through that app is report them and charge cleaning/service/maintenance fee. and because people dont actually care what they signed nor do they really read it. they tend to dispute the charges which as a result will end up pulling money back out of my friend's account..because the way back charges my friend has literally no say to prove a separate agreement happened outside of the terms of the app.

I'm probably going to be that guy.. Would be interested in the straitjacket. The iPod and the two-way radio. Definitely wouldn't throw those out. Straitjacket was probably from a costume party. Those radios and iPods are still usable! Trying to get a hold of a handful of those old iPods. My cell so I can load each one up with music. I like the idea of just being able to take music from my computer and put it on something like a hard drive, iPod type thing. As for the straitjacket with a little bit of tailoring it'll still look like a straitjacket and can literally be worn as a jacket. Hollow ween isn't the only time of year. People have costume parties. That's probably literally from a convention white. Frequently people will dress up as the Joker and where something like that at a convention. Nothing weird or mysterious about it.
