What to do when you worry to much is a great book! I personally read it too! It talks about how worry’s are like tomatoes they can just grow and if you don’t try to stop them they get bigger and bigger

We have been online since Christmas break and I have been noticing/the kiddos have been TELLING me how anxious they are feeling - this is the perfect video to accompany our RETURN TO SCHOOL (hybrid model.. but hey we'll take it!) Thank you so so so much for these tips !!!
