Strathspey Railway mixed traffic Spring Gala

Күн бұрынOver the 2023 Easter weekend the Strathspey Railway held a mixed traffic gala. There were no visiting locomotives but the gala featured the Strathspey's own mixed traffic fleet.
Diesel locos 27050, 31327 and 37674 worked both passenger trains and demonstration freight trains as did steam locos Black 5 5025 and Ivatt 46512.
08490 offered driving experiences at Boat of Garten and brake van rides were offered at Aviemore with Ruston shunter Queen Anne.
I attended the gala on Friday 7th April and Saturday 8th April 2023.
