Omg, soo true!! I just looked this place up on Realtor.com, apparently in the last 3 yrs the price has dropped 22% & finally sold for $762,500! Thats nuts! Its 348.79% more expensive than its neighbors 😂 and ready for this ....estimated rent for 1 month ... $1,930 !!! 😂😂 Thats less than $400 more than I pay for a 2 bedroom 😂. And some 1 bedrooms here are going for $1,800! Im from NY too, guess we live in the wrong state.

yes, this is an incredible offering, if this stood in LA or NY it'd cost 10 times as much. unfortunately $2.9 mil. still is quite a bit out of my budget, but otherwise I'd really be interested in this.

I went inside this house when it was first built. I don't think it's built with the greatest quality and the location is horrible for this type of build. I've never been a big house guy. It was a train wreck from the beginning. Could buy a beautiful farm, lake property, or a very secluded farm for what the built this for. They lost a massive amount selling this so short.

Just my opinion, but the finishes are kind of gaudy and very taste specific. Also, if you watch the exterior footage, the house appears to be off a very busy road. Cars were whizzing by constantly in the background.

Yeah, when I saw the price, I thought it was very cheap. The person who bought it for $1.7M just wanted the land. And probably salvage everything else.
