These Strawberry Brownies combine the rich, fudgy goodness of traditional brownies with the sweet, tangy taste of fresh strawberries, creating a unique and irresistible dessert. For this recipe we are not using any freeze dried strawberries, or strawberry cake mix, we are simply using fresh strawberries!

Just a friendly tip for anyone wanting to try this, adding freeze dried strawberries, blended up in a food processor really kicks up the strawberry flavor and adds a lot of vibrant color. You can get good quality freeze dried strawberries from traders joes for really cheap

Fresh strawberries work better imo, but if its not the season you should go for freeze dried strawberries.

@@goofygoober1601 I was suggesting using both for a stronger flavor and more vibrant color. Only using fresh strawberries can also make a batter a bit more stodgy and adding freeze dried is a good way to balance it all out. Wouldn’t suggest without the experience of learning these things myself

im so surprised to see this. ive made it sooo many times over the years. i made blondie brownies and added strawberry puree. ppl thought it looked gross but tasted amazing. i was keeping the white chocolate chips in it tho. the ganache is a nice touch.

These aren't technically brownies... they're blondies. I think I'd use butterscotch or dark chocolate. I'm a chocolate snob (am a chocolatier) and I know that since white "chocolate " doesn't have any chocolate liquor, it's not legally chocolate. But if they called it was it actually is (fake vanilla, heavily sugared cocoa butter), it would NEVER sell....

Glass doesn’t distribute heat as quickly as metal. The outsides (more contact with the glass) will be done before the inside.

@@jgage2840 it may take longer to cook, but it will cook. the outside gets cooked before the inside no matter what material you use. you honestly have it kind of backwards. the metal pan will heat the outside of the baked good faster, which will make it brown faster than it would in a glass pan, making it even more cooked than the inside. both have pros and cons. cooking in a metal pan gives you a darker baked good faster, cooking in a glass pan gives you a lighter baked good that takes a little longer to bake.
