Strawberry Lemonade Nice Cream Ingredients 2 cups frozen strawberries 4 cups peeled and frozen bananas a few pitted dates to taste (optional frozen raspberries) 2 cups frozen pineapple 1 cup fresh coconut water 1-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional frozen bananas)

Just wanted to add this.Cherish every moment with your mother. I lost mine when she was only 57. I am blessed to still have my father alive at 88. Time with parents is very precious!!

I think this is one of the best of yours I've viewed so far. It's great to see the mother daughter dynamic. I can't go raw vegan as even though I'm mid 30 s I lost all my teeth and fractures mean dentures are uncomfortable and hurt. Yes I looked after them but my health diseases caused the problems. So I have to soften my veg by steaming them. Fruits in moderation coz of natural sugars. But I try and do manage whole food plant based making nearly everything from scratch due to many allergies. Avocados and chia and hemp have been a great boost and I love to eat them x

Even though I haven't committed 100% to be a raw vegan or even a vegan for that matter I feel like when I eat something like this i am moving in the right direction! I had no idea what being raw vegan was before I started watching your videos and I am SO happy I found you! I hope to one day be just as committed to this lifestyle as you! p.s. my children say they love you!!! we watch your recipe videos together often as our "special time" & i feel so good about exposing them to your vibrance!!! often they are inspired to either prepare a raw meal, like there salad today, or make juice or nice cream right after the video!

Kids and I made this nice cream and LOVED it. As we only have a smoothie maker, I had to used more liquid to blend and about twice had to open the freezer and mix the ingredients with a fork (every 30 minutes) to get air in x Delish.... also added more lemon juice which husband found too much. Oops

I'm super excited about this recipe cuz I'm not eating regular ice cream anymore and this is fantastic!! I am buying more bananas now and freezing my own fruit now so I can make this more regularly for my daughters who would like cream ice cream every day- but they seem to really like NiCe Cream which I totally appreciate in every way shape and form!!!

if you put more frozen bananas in it, it will harden up more so it doesn't melt as much. looks delicious!
