Ingredients :
100g (1 cup) oatmeal
250ml milk
- Soak for 10 minutes
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp matcha powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
50g (1/3 cup) chocolate chunks
1 tbsp raw sugar cane
150g fresh strawberries (1 cup)
- 22 x 14 cm ceramic baking dish, grease with coconut oil
- Bake at 180°C/350°F for 45 minutes .
- serve with vanilla ice cream (optional)
