Ingredients :-
Whipping cream - 1&1/4cups
Strawberries - 7 medium
Strawberry essence - 1 tsp
white chocolate -150 grams
some strawberries for garnish

This is so beautiful! Just a quick question- how many milliliters of the mousse does this make? Or how many millilitres are the desserts cups?

Dessert cup sizes are 200ml

@@BestBites Omg, thank you so much for replying! Just another question- were the measurements that you included in the description enough to make 6 of the 200ml dessert cups? Or were there any leftovers or it was not enough? My apologies for all these questions, it's just I have an event coming up and I am using your recipe and measurements to figure out how much ingredients I need to buy. That is why. Thank you!

You’re not supposed to whip the strawberry in, you have to fold it
