Today I'm going to show you how to make two healthy and super easy strawberry desserts.
First prepare an airy mousse with just 2 ingredients.
Take about 200 grams of strawberries.
Can be replaced with other berries or fruits, juice or compote.
We will make strawberry compote ourselves.
The berries must be finely chopped and placed in a saucepan.
Add 100 gr. Sugar
250 ml water.
Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
We take out the berries, we need liquid.
Remove from heat and add 3 tablespoons of semolina.
Return to heat and cook until thickened, about 1 minute.
Allow the mixture to cool completely.
Beat with a mixer until fluffy.
You can decorate with fresh strawberries or, like me, chocolate.
Our second dish will be ice cream.
200 gr. strawberries
1 very ripe banana
Grind in a blender
Pour into plates or glasses
Place in the freezer for 2 hours.
