I love this dessert~
Not bc it's strawberry...
but it taste wonderful (but i can't say this taste better than my bf 🙃)

The jelly I'm using is konjac jellies~
i love these jellies :)
They're not that sweet, and they got fruit with nata de coco inside~
If u want to make ur own jellies, i prefer u to make sure that they're not too hard or soft....
just smth that's hard enuf to maintain it's shape...when u cut it
The strawberries i use r from Korea~
They're sweet n not that sour (not all, but mostly~)
U can use Japanese strawberries..
Or american, idc..
as long as they're strawberries, i wudn't mind~
Since I'm making just enuf for me n mom...
be sure to adjust the amount if u have a big fam~
And also...it's very hot in Cambodia...
Even fans doesn't make u chill...unless u choose the lowest temperature on the AC, and the highest fan speed....
