Try this super easy and quick Tiramisu no bake dessert with a twist. If you haven't tried Tiramisu with strawberries please do, you will love it!
This is not classic Tiramisu recipe, it does not contain alcohol so it's kids friendly (if you use decaf coffee) and suitable for those who don't consume alcohol but love Tiramisu. It also does not contain fresh eggs so it's perfectly safe for expecting mothers.
Perfect last minute dessert idea, dessert table idea or just a treat with your cup of tea or coffee.
It can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days so can be made in advance.
RECIPE:
2 tbsp instant coffee
100ml (1/2 cup) boiling water
200ml (3/4) cup cold water
200ml (3/4 cup + 2 tbsp) whipping cream
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
20 Savoiardi biscuits
100g (4-5 medium size) strawberries
2 strawberries cut in quarters for decoration.
