As Chan said in a recent interview with Billboard, "The POP genre was previously foreign to us, we strive to show the world and the people that Stray Kids can make any type of music. It may not sound like a Stray Kids song, but these are OUR voices, OUR lyrics, OUR music is part of us."

I was a bit scared not to like it first but I loved it. Very catchy and the visuals, vocals are crazy. Chan went with 3 Racha to song camp where they wrote and composed this song with Charlie. The only thing they left for him, was the production. I love the Mermaid reference they use through all the song. It's like the guys came out of water for love and now they are thirsty and in terrible need of water. But wherever they go, the water disappears and they suffer without it. Like with Chan and water from the tap, or Hun at the laundry, Lee Know and empty swimming pull, Felix and Hyunjin meet under the rain but then it suddenly stops, IN drinking out of an empty bottle and so on. And then they dive back to get a breath of water (literally) and get to be mermaids back and only Lee Know is left on the land at the end and all water becomes a dry land as a symbol that he became a human. Doesn't seem like a happy ending though, especially with Mermaid theme. They themself described it as sad but sexy song. Kids plan for a big promotion in US with it and they created it for radio stations and mostly western audience, so we might see them perform it live soon at some shows in US. The video is fascinating, everything is in its place and like puzzles all together gives a perfect, harmonious picture to an incredibly beautiful, tender song that flies into your head from the first notes and its motif remains in it all day. Since the release of Lose My Breath, I've been humming it every day. I like that this song is not really in the stray Kids style, I like that in it Ghangbin showed how beautifully a real rapper can sing 😉 I really liked the Hyunjin’s part with his “sensual” rap and it looks like him and at the same time not quite like usually. And the clip itself was shot in an unusual k-pop style and I like it too, a very high-quality, stylish video. Stray Kids is on top as always, having created another hit 👏👏👏 Great collaboration 🔥

They did a great job & step up when you see the live w/ them just singing. Really showcased the talent w/o all the transitions and chaos we are all used to and love. Had no clue there was a beef. Folks exercise your rights but please take into account that a song is not only the work of the artists named. The artistry and livelihoods of many are tied into its making. A view to respect the craft and time taken is not something to cancel people over who do watch

Gosh yes, a performance video ❤ well, considering we're getting the full comeback treatment, we may be getting a performance video. They did just release two remixes, one of them an OT8 version. More Skz vocals ..I am always up for that, plus rap. So yay. I love this song! Not their usual style, but I love it. And I love how addictive it is. And how hard they worked on matching/blending their vocals with Charlie's sound. That worked so well that I had to listen multiple times to work out who sang what and still may be wrong hahha. They were a fan of charlie and were so happy to be able to do a song camp with him last year in the US after Global citizen. So happy 3racha got to work with him and create this gorgeous song together. Thanks for always giving the guys your love!

ugh, i lost my whole comment just now!! 😭 let’s see… i was underwhelmed by the song on first listen, but the video is absolutely gorgeous, with the mermaid styling and all the water. the darkness and bits of color, and everything coming together at the end, with leeknow on the edge of the ocean with the sun full bright and turning away to watch the fireworks.. it’s so little mermaid. we DID get a lot of leeknow!! and changbin with a whole section of lyrical vocals!! 🫠 AND. the song grew on me exponentially with every listen! 🫶🏼🫰❤️🎉

Can anyone tell me what happened with Charlie Puth and why some Stays are not supporting the song because of him? I know nothing about him but I hear many reactors mentioning about a Charlie drama but I couldn't find out anything online from my searching... I'm a Stay too by the way and I like the song a lot. I'm just confused about the Charlie situation...

What is the controversy about? I can't find anything online mentioning it.
