Formed in 2017 by JYP Entertainment, South Korean boy band Stray Kids united nine members who survived the television reality show of the same name. The group performs a propulsive blend of big-bass electronic dance music, aggressive rapping and R&B-inspired vocals influenced by Drake, Bruno Mars, Big Bang, GOT7 and Block B. This spring, Stray Kids are embarking on their very first U.S tour, UNVEIL TOUR "I am...".
BUILD is a live interview series like no other-a chance for fans to sit inches away from some of today’s biggest names in entertainment, tech, fashion and business as they share the stories behind their projects and passions. @@duhhh5138 He can speak fluent English, however, he mentioned once (I do not remember where sorry) that most people in his school in Malaysia swore just about every other word and he struggles to speak English without swearing as that is how he learned English. So if it is something he is passionate about (such as song writing) there is a higher chance a swear slips out.

Let's give a huge applause to Jeff for conducting one of the best interviews towards a Kpop group in America I have EVER seen. He is so invested in their background and developments where he is able to really dig into their songs and musical artistry which is honestly what is SUPPOSED to be discussed; especially since Stray Kids write and produce their own songs which makes it so much more REAL.

the interviewer here Jeff Benjamin is actually a Kpop Columnist for Billboard and also he reviews their latest album ,Cle 1 Miroh. So Yes, the interviewer really did a lot of research for Kpop groups for interview thus he really knows what to talk about and what to look for, especially Stray Kids. Job well done, Jeff.

Ok I knew Chan and Felix were fluent in English but wow the other members' English had me SHOOK😱. Also this interview really showed me the special relationship Stays have with the boys. This video finally motivated me to get into them.

For you guys who don't know, the interviewer here Jeff Benjamin is actually a Kpop Columnist for Billboard and also he reviews their latest album ,Cle 1 Miroh. So Yes, the interviewer really did a lot of research for Kpop groups for interview thus he really knows what to talk about and what to look for, especially Stray Kids. Job well done, Jeff. The next time any Kpop idol wants to be interviewed like this, call Jeff Benjamin to do it. He really knows EVERYTHING to talk about, and it really shows here.

Wow that's literally the best kpop interview I've ever seen... For once the interviewer knows who he's talking to, he's not asking cringy questions about dating and actually asks them about their music & who they are as artists ! I've learnt so much more about stray kids in half an hour !! And the videos from the fans were so well chosen honestly, these girls literally told them what I've always dreamt of telling them 😱 all questions in general were well chosen, it was so interesting... We definitely need more positive interviews like this one, this was so comfortable to watch and skz themselves looked very comfortable being here. Loved it, this is some very good journalism !!

Alvin Buana Yes, I already know who Jeff is, I been following his journalism articles (especially Kpop) for a while now. It’s not like most journalists who writes about Kpop that are uneducated and always jump the gun with “those” questions to squeeze the juicy gossip to make the interview really awkward.

it wasnt awkward at all! their accents, the effort to speak english of non english speakers... it was all pretty fluent and the interview was really entertaining. I'm so proud of them and of what they have achieved. They are one of the best kpop groups right now, in my opinion, skill wise and performance wise. So damn talented and all rounded. They deserve the high praise.
