He cheers everyone on, encouraging them to overcome their limits, but doesn't force them to overexert themselves. He doesn't criticize or ridicule if someone fails to do the exercise (he is only slightly disappointed or surprised, but continues to be understanding and kind) He pays attention to each member. I want coach like him!
