*Updated Tool & Jaw Information: Milwaukee® Tool has developed jaws for use specifically with Streamline® ACR Copper Press Fittings. There are jaws compatible with compact press tools such as Milwaukee® M12™ FORCE LOGIC™ Press Tool for 1/4” to 7/8” OD, and jaws compatible with full-sized press tools such as Milwaukee® M18™ Force Logic™ Press Tools for 1/4” to 1-3/8” OD Jaw kits are available with and without a Press Tool. Now if Mueller could explain where I’m supposed to buy the fittings that would be great! Got a set of jaws unused since I can’t find the fittings anywhere. I’m starting to think they never actually launched, but they had hundreds of jaw sets made ahead of time.

United refrigeration is the only place in NM, but they don’t have a large selection of fittings in stock. It took so long to get the fittings, we went with Nebco. My partner didn’t want to wait. Now I’m stuck with the jaws, and nobody is interested in buying them. Most people are using RLS, because RLS is available everywhere.

What is part number for press jaw used in video for 1 1/8 acr?

For installation of 1-1/8" fittings, the 1-1/8” Milwaukee Streamline ACR Press Ring (49-16-2657M) and Milwaukee FORCE LOGIC Ring Jaw (49-16-2659) are both needed.

Will the Milwaukee Arc jaw work on 241 rigid pro press ?

Yes - the new COMPACT Milwaukee Streamline ACR Press Jaws are compatible with Ridgid RP Series Compact RP 100, RP 200, RP 210, RP 240, and RP 241 (only for sizes 1/4" - 7/8"). All tool & jaw compatibility information is listed at the following link, on page 7: muellerstreamline.com/?wpdmdl=2920

@@muellerstreamline thank you . I’ve only owned my pro press system for a short time and I’m already not impressed with the supply chain and cost of jaws . So if I go with stream line products , a set of jaws cost $1500 . That’s if the supply house carries them . Then RLS fitting are more accessible but now I have to spend another $1500 for a jaw set . You see my dilemma ? Rigid and or Milwaukee needs to buy out streamline . Or you lose money on the Jaws and make it up on the actual fittings .

@@muellerstreamline Thank you again for reaching out . My background is in aviation . I’m an aircraft structural mechanic ( sheetmetal) . I currently work on the F-35 and F-22. I have 20 years of experience with pressing fittings , hydraulics mostly . Pressures ranging from 5k to 8 k . Deutschelite and permaswage products are what I’ve used .I only work hvac part -time , I am certified . I know press fittings work and it is the future! . I feel there’s some marketing issues in play holding this technology back .

@@muellerstreamline I think mueller should be teaming up with supply houses and settings a loan program. As of right now it’s being marketed as a time saver although this is true , you need to consider the simplicity and make it the focal point for any new company trying to grow . How do you grow a company ? by adding new technicians . Getting and trusting a new technician to braze lines set is a huge liability. I think with some training videos , a technicians can click a QR code and it will direct them to a Tik tok , how to use video and this it . The company saves time is on to the next job . Hopefully I’ll see these pro press tools Available for loan at Home Depot .
