Ken, great video. Loved it and am considering a Stream Deck. Quick question- Do you know if a gaming mouse would work (like logitech G600 (the one with 12 buttons)? I am sure it will be a bit more difficult to use but I have one sitting here and might try it. Thanks in advance.
@KentheContentCoach2 жыл бұрын
Great question. I'm not familiar with that specific mouse, but if you can set those buttons up as hotkeys, I'd be willing to bet you can use that for Streamyard. At the end of the day, the streamdeck is just a fancy hotkey controller!

Hey Ken, Great video. Why don't I see the hotkey option when running stream yard in Hopin? Looks like they removed that functionality?? I would like to setup my deck within the Hopin platform. Any way in which to do this?

Hi Micheal! Appreciate the comment! I am not familiar with Hopin, but if your video is going into Hopin from Streamyard, then running everything through Hopin, it may not work the same.

Not in Streamyard, unfortunately. You're able to use the hit keys they've allowed unless you're using OBS or Ecamm as virtual devices.

Can I ask a question? If you ban a guest from entering streamyard - is he automatically banned from the youtube channel also?
@KentheContentCoach2 жыл бұрын
Hey SolidRock! If you are asking about banning from the green room, no. That would only keep that guest from joining your stream link again. You would have to ban the KZfaq user in KZfaq studio.
@solidrock38472 жыл бұрын
@@KentheContentCoach What is the "green room"? But thanks for your answer. Thats what I thought. There must be two different lists of blocked people: One streamyard and one KZfaq studio and they have nothing in common.

Do you know if you can use streamdeck as a soundboard on streamdeck?
@KentheContentCoach2 жыл бұрын
You can, but not directly. You will need an interface to push it from either the browser, loop back, etc. Since its basically a hot key controller, Streamyard would need to add the ability to load sound effects to the live studio, and allow you to assign hot keys.

From KZfaqr to KZfaqr you need to work on your Beginnings of the Video. It took you 2 (!) minutes to actually start the video.
