@@BackOff_xdthat guy means 99% of the time you just find the Mugen stuff in "fragments" like a cool UI, then cool characters, or backgrounds or music, but it is much harder to find a full compilation of things that are properly matched and built into a "game" most of the time it ends up just a couple of characters that are not enough for a game, and end up with you having to mix and match stuff

these mugen character were made by no other than ELECTRO and made these characters from his games called Ultimate Wars Games and young man just took ELECTRO'S character and add to his own setup.

the author is ELECTRO at least you put his name in your video description and he coded and sprite those character from scratch that you are displaying I mean its right thing to do when ELECTRO work so hard to code them for everyone to enjoy.

As awesome as this this is, I can't help but feel that this game seem a bit...well...grossly imbalanced. I noticed that some character have supers can take off an entire health bar.
