When the most armored, highest damage, every special is plus on block pressure character is humbled and cannot fucking move against Bison, you know the new character is too overpowered.

I have a feeling you're overestimating the player. They were just randomly throwing out moves, instead of playing with any actual skill from my perspective.

Knee Press is by far the single most broken move in the game. It was NOT meant to be spammable, such bad design.
