Requeriments to fight Gouken:
- Unlock Akuma
- Finish Arcade Mode with Akuma
- Play arcade mode with a character you have previously finished arcade mode with.
Now the requeriments get a bit confusing, I don't know if they change if you set rounds to 3 or more, so for this set rounds to 1.
- Get at least 5 first attacks.
- Get THREE ultra combo finish. (No more than three)
- Get ONE perfect victory. (No more than one)
- Don't lose any battle.
After beating Seth you will fight Gouken, you have to beat him to unlock him as a playable character.

I actual to fight Gouken you need 1 perfect, 3 ultras, 5 first attacks & 1 focus attack.

To be honest, unlocking Gouken is much harder than Akuma for me. I once tried so many times. Gouken was the only one I couldn’t unlock 😢

Same, Back then I unlocked all the characters in Vanilla Street fighter 4 except for Gouken and Seth, But I did so as a Kid Meaning I was quite Brainless since I didn't know how to activate the Super and ultra combos without Mashing a bunch of random buttons 😅😂, but I'm older now so not anymore
