Lemonade here is too sweet. I love the sound of one with fizz and tartness.

I don't mind a bit of sweetness but when it starts becoming liquid candy, I say no - fresh taste, clean with just enough tart to make you pucker but not suck your face in - this one hit that exact spot

The hot dog in original is sprinkled with sugar and has sauces on top; hotteok is savory or sweat. Visit the stands where you can eat more than just one fish cake (you just pick what you like and pay by skewer) but a variety of them (plus other dishes available at lots of those stores like sundae, tteokbokki...). Then tteokbokki can vary a lot in case of quality of the sauce (how spicy or sweet it is) plus in a portion are nearly always the rice cakes plus flat fish cakes. Thank you and take care 🥰

We almost ended up staying in Myeongdong - in the end we opted for Hongdae for the bulk of our trip, with the tail end in a more traditional Hanok near Gyeongbokgung Palace. You’d rule in a place like this. I’m looking forward to seeing your video on K-street food someday!

Clark I'm with you in that I'm a purist with lobster--butter and lemon is all it needs, but that would not be street food style.

thankfully all the more traditional street food like tteok-bokki and the eomuk hit the spot.
