St Elizabeth is known for some of the hottest Janga's in Jamaica, soaked in homemade pepper sauce. Also some of the most delicious shrimp soup.
Not far from the famous Holland Bamboo, you'll find pepper shrimp and soup Vendors on the road sides while driving.
