Ingrediants
Potatoes - 6-7
Onions- 4-5
Tomatoes- 4
Capsicum - 1
Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp
Ginger - 1 tbsp
Green chillies - 5-6
Turmeric Powder - 1tsp
Red chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Jeera powder - 1tsp
Coriander Powder - 1tsp
Pav Bhaji Masala Powder- 2-3tbsp
Water -1 glass
Butter- 50 gms
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Method
1) Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker for4 whistles
2) Take a pan and add oil/butter with ginger, green chillies, chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicum and fry well
3) Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder, coriander powder and pav bhaji masala powder and fry well.
4) allow it to cool down and coarsely grind it all in a mixer grinder.
5) Pour the mixture back into the pan with little water and bring it to boil for 5-10 mins
5) Add few butter cubes and coriander leaves and simmer for 5 mins
6) Serve it with chopped onions and butter on top.
