It’s because the r8 or lambo can easily handle this kind of power. Even the engine is built like a tank, it can handle 1300hp with stock internals

closer to the wheel gives you more control but puts you in more danger in a head on collision; take a look how close most rally drivers sit to their wheels when they aren’t worried about that with full cages. And look how he has to lean forwards to turn the car at the end of the runway.

As an Audi fanboy, I always thought the switchable RWD mode was cool with the BMW xDrive, however after seeing it not being able to hold the AWD with built transmission at that I’ll stick with the torsion Quattro

That’s one thing about having a car with so much headroom even over 1kwhp. It’s going to be a lot more reliable than a max effort car like the x3m. Now I will say the s58 motor in the new g80/1/2/7 is outrageous. Stock turbo they’re running like 800whp. And stock bottom end over 1000whp. That’s insane for a 6 cylinder really. I love bmw just as much as Audi and Mercedes. I really wish Mercedes didn’t get rid of the v8tt in the 63 amgs.
