Quick question for anyone who can answer, what causes tire shake? Thanx in advance

@ Kevin and Meghan, tire shake is too much power and a poor track. Its basically poor traction. The tracks vary throughout the day due to ambient conditions so if the car isn't tuned right, they can shake when taking off, shifting to a higher gear on a slippery track, etc. Those are the main causes, then there's machanical failures in the suspension and such but it's all poor traction.

@@kevinlaw826 IT also happens with race bikes at the track. They call it 'chatter' and it is absolutely brutal. Feels like you are driving on a square wheel... Whats the story with Justin Shearer and the original OKC show???

Jeff Lutz and Monza has the best looking cars on Street Outlaws but as far as respectful sportsmanship, it has to be The Fireball team. Ryan Martin is a real stand up guy period! Hope he whips birdmans ass!

I agree, but that fireball Camaro is UGLY as hell.....too many UGLY rides on the streetoutlaws tour & they ONLY run 1/8th mile .....A NHRA NATIONAL EVENT is the best & most fulfilling dragracing show currently.

I did walk by there and I saw they had a cool Silverado truck outside of the trailers but I don't know what they were selling. But the truck was really cool looking and was lowered and on some nice rims and tires.

Very cool that you were there too. Just curious did you notice tire shake at all when you watched it in person? I didn't have a clue until I started editing this video and saw how crazy it got. I love finding little gems like that after the fact.

Chief has prolly got one of the lowest competitive budget cars out there and goes door to door with about anyone. Chief commented that Megladon has more in his hemi motor than Chief does in his car and trailer combined.

Daddy Dave came on in Season 2. I had seen him at the Tucson race during season 1 and he didn't have his car he was just walking around checking things out. I think he liked what he saw and how big the crowds were so he decided to join in this current season. So who knows, maybe Chief and Shawn will cave in soon and want a piece of the action.

This is film from Season 2. The Bristol race was just show on TV a couple of weeks ago but the race actually happened August 22nd 2018.

This "street racing" was originally done on the streets at 1/8th mile. You dont want to be doing 200+ mph for another 1/8th mile on a bumpy street surface. Plus...I think an 1/8th mile gives "budget cars" a chance while in a 1/4 mile the 3000+ HP(high dollar cars) really starts to eat ground.

I heard that too and I was kind of surprised. Mainly because you would easily be able to smell it, and I have not smelled that at the races. I'm assuming he runs alcohol in it, but who knows maybe it is a custom mix of something.

tomeighty .....ya I heard he runs methanol which is alcohol and what ever of a percentage of nitro methane they use. It's to help spool the turbo's up faster because the methane has oxygen in the fuel it self. Something a little like nitrous it has oxygen in it to. But I did see murder nova putting some in his car. It was in a live fee video with him and big chief talking .
