1:38:54 Which is why you don't look at a video playback with only a few frames to look at per second. You're seeing different results between cameras because you're looking at a low fps video and high fps video. Need a camera filming in slow-mo at the starting line/finish line to maximize the number of single frames so there's more data to look thru in order make the best judgement. .....obviously

1:39:19 at 25% playback speed look and you'll see the light turn on and then car movement. Better cameras need to be at the starting line just like they're used at the finish line, and someone has to be able to make the call.

AKA Beater Bomb..(eliminated early in this event) are two of best and most consistent drivers on the circuit - both of them should be marketing themselves as free agent drivers to all of the Pro NHRA teams, they both display outstanding race-driving ability. We'll be watching both of them in a lot of National Events someday soon.. Sucks when they're paired against one another in a non-final rounds...but, that's racing

The nova in the finals run in to a puddle with rear left tire that upset the car real bad.

It's insane they made it to the semi finals not only on a borrowed motor, but on a nitrous motor less than 500ci! Keep an eye on Red Draggin, that kid is a dam good driver and that Camaro is a nasty bitch.

I gotta disagree with a lot of what the guys were saying before the race though. Everyone saying these cars aren’t built for the track; but at the same time say they take the cars to the track for data. Cars of these caliber will absolutely not pass tech at any track unless they’re properly setup for tech. And it’s not just safety equipment, which obviously we run on the street also. If your car runs with the big boys and the track will let you make a pass, your car is built for the track I don’t care what you say it’s built for.
