My local Cars and Coffee is at threat of being shut down after 7 years because of some people doing dumb things. And it is fun to park and just chill and talk about cars with other car people. You can show off your build and not be a potential harm to society while doing it.

I personally think its a stretch to say that it puts society in harms way, seeing the only people that are endangered by it are the people that choose to attend and stand around the cars as they do burnouts or whatever. but you have a point. this shit is illegal
