Why do always praise people who "work hard" for their money when the people that work the least hard are the ones in offices making 100X what she makes but they work so easy. Fluff jobs with fancy titles to do absolutely nothing but make the ones below them work hard. FOH

@@damianpharaoh161 Do you really believe that people in top positions are resting in their leather armchairs, smoking cigars, and laying their feet on the desk doing nothing? Edit: Since I've got a lot of "yes" responses, here is the thing: you've been watching too much Netflix and have a distorted view or are too young to understand how the world works.

There are few things more pleasing than watching a craftsman that knows what they are doing and do it so well that it is mesmerizing and pleasurable just to watch and enjoy an artist at work. This lady has it down pat, good at what she does and is clean and efficient at the same time. I could sit and watch her for hours and I can only imagine that she had no shortage of customers who do not have time to do breakfast at home and are able to enjoy a good meal on the way to work and the breakfast looks delicious. I took notes and am going to try and make one of those at home, they look really good.

4000 Korean is 3 bucks USD. $30 a go, do a new set every 8 minutes = 7 sets an hour = $210 an hour 3 hours a day = $630 a day, half that back into eggs and ham. $315 a day × 222 work days = $70,000 a year.

I always enjoy watching someone who has mastered part of their craft. Her motions and methods are very fluid and purposeful. I also have a huge appreciation for the idea that this is how this toastie is made. I'd wager there are few, if any, requests for 'no chili sauce' or 'no sugar', etc.

give another 1 minute between batches, and thats 10 sandwiches per 6 minutes or 100 sandwiches per hour = $300 per hour x 3 hours, thats $900 net for 3 hours on the street.
