mike wright wrong dumbass if the other opponent is skilled enough he can beat the bigger guy but when both are experienced and been training around the same time the bigger guy will usually win, out of all the gracies the big brother Roger was the best because of his size and strength the only reason their father put Royce in there was to show that a smaller guy could use BJJ to win against the bigger guy

Those slams were HARD and on the ground as opposed to a cushioned mat. Amazing Mike didn't get seriously hurt or even the wind knocked out of him. Tough kid for sure. Rome was too big...different weight class.

Watch the stance, Rome was ducked, ready to go in low. Mike stood too tall, 3 times. He got slammed because his stance didn't let him counter the charges which means he was lifted. Most street fights I've seen end when the guy gets lifted. Once you're off the ground you get thrown down then they pummel your face. Most martial arts forms counter this by having a slightly more ducked stance, when someone charges low you jump your feet back and your body forward, and you essentially tackle them since they're already low. If they aren't expecting it, it's very hard to counter.

Since it was an illegal move, Mike was not expecting it. Much easier to accomplish a move which your opponent doesn't expect(because it's not a legal move for that fight)! So, not really that badass,just bad cheating.
