For preparation of any indian dish you need to sort out the spices. Jeera masla, garam masala, red chilli pepper powder, black pepper, Hing, mustard powder, chaat masla. If you've got these spices you're all covered. Try to use red onions for cooking indian dishes. I'm ready to help you become one classical indian cook. Lol

also, it is an aluminium pan which doesnt catch all the soot and greasy stuff from the fire and the food. iron pans get black and greasy and filthy becasue of that.

Watching this when daily death from covid in india blew up 3,500 death per day. Hope all these food vendors still there when they recover. Cant even imagine one day waking up and see your favourite food vendor is no more, not knowing what happen to them.
