While riding the Rosarito-Ensenada bike ride; I kept smelling BBQ; that's when I came across 4 guys on a welded "bike for 4", with radio/music, an ice chest, and BBQ. Everyone was drooling the rest of the ride.

The burger is simple yet juicy! I will buy it anytime! Furthermore they kept their store and utensils clean. Their personal hygiene is commendable! So much different from street vendors in India!

If it is 1$, then you know it ain't beef or a small amount is. They can sub with other meats and call it a burger. There was a burger shop in Okinawa that I liked and it turned out that the burgers were made of donkey and kangaroo meat blend. It tasted good and I still kept eating there....

In Thailand everything expensive only hotels and electric cheap because if you compare Thai salary and food prices so food very expensive also car also rent house and buy car for example my country never has a banana tree so banana cheaper than Thailand but Thailand they have many types banana trees

In Thailand, the pork is processed into a form of crushed pork. I can confirm it is a genuine pork, no other meat mixed with crushed pork, such as rice, basil and pork salad and other menus, etc.

Have to give credit to vendors like this,fast efficient,clean and simple food,also i'm amazed how they have everything in a small unit...in this case on a sidecar outfit amazing ingenuity maximising space and the long hours.
