Yes, cauliflower is supposed to get cleaned thoroughly to remove pesticides spray, it must be kept in lukewarm water mixed with some turmeric and salt to get rid of worms usually present in them.

The black oil is used oil bought at cheap rate from big hotels. The black colour due to the use for poori. The wheat flour in poori becomes black due to constant use. Totally unhealthy in Street side shops

It's called blanching... it's 100% mandatory for cauliflower...else it will taste raw...and because of minerals in this veggie..it will give you upset stomach or bad gas problem

You are using chicken masala and see it as a vegetarian dish.🙄 .. No cleaning of gobi with hot water. Gobi contains small insects within when eaten without the cleaning will cause stomach issues .. No min hygiene followed.
