It Is the Fentanyl and heroin capital of the East Coast. That drives a lot of the people here. It's in a district that no one seems to care about . It's a Dumping Ground that the mayor of the last couple of Administrations has done little for. Access to public transportation and I-95 makes it easy to reach. Very few of these people are originally from Philadelphia. Sadly, this is not far from the same neighborhood they used to make all those Rocky movies.... I don't think he would go jogging through here today?
