Every big city has a place like this even here in Europe.. Lisbon, Barcelona, Athens ect all have their drug areas where they are out of sight out of mind

Well it says this was filmed 9th&10th. Its the 11th &The cleanup started on the 8th (preparation) but the news was out there ON the morning of the 9th! So this is mid cleanup and next day?
