Bottoms up kettlebell clean and squat WTF do it on bosu ball with one leg :D WTF guys i tought youre serious, please get back on track and be the best as you are !!!

It's used as a shoulder stability and grip exercise to prepare the shoulder ready to return to training. It was used during 2020 but can be applied when returning to training after Xmas break

@@BoxingScience Bottoms up kettlbell shoulder press is great for that if you dont have moar weight i agree, but doing squat with it looks kinda funny i get it's then even more unstable....but its 1 step before doing some weird lol stuff if you know what i mean
