Was really wanting one of them to meet a car at the end of the sidewalk and see the driver's reaction to a man that looks like he's gonna chuck a dumbbell at their car

Great workout. If I did that walk at my house, the grass is the only long walk I have that is flat. The street is an incline, but that would help increase the challenge.

Grass is ok as long as you're confident there aren't any holes or divots along the way

@@JuggernautTrainingSystems My driveway is long too, but it has a slight incline to it, so it could work too. I cut the grass, so I know where the dips are located. None in the walk I would take, but I would have to watch for deer droppings.

I've been training under Professor Otavio at Gracie Barra Huntington Beach for a little over a year. He is an awesome Professor and the nicest guy you could ever meet.

I got the app and subscribed, on my walk (and carry) the app says to do the walk while holding a kb for 30 minutes x 3 sets? Am I supposed to do a super set with a carry 30 minutes each?

It's for accommodated resistance so that there is tension throught the motion, even when the kettlebell is on the top

@@ryanmichael4051 Seems to me that the top of the swing is when the kettlebell has the most resistance even without the band. That is when the directionality of the kettlebell swing is completely parallel to gravity. Thinking about it the band allows you to use a lighter kettlebell for the explosive motion at the bottom while having a greater amount of energy as the kettlebell comes back down. Is this for increasing explosive potential or something?

They can only train S&C 2x/week

@@newyorkmeable that was more than 3in. No one denied his accomplishments, but he didn't accomplish proper pull ups. The name of the game in BJJ is technique and precision, half an armbar doesn't submit someone. Your brain has been doing too many minuscule adjacent supplementary exercises and not enough compounds, time for a new mesocycle.
