ONE
1. Sumo deadlift 55lb/25kg (my dumbbell weight for reference only)
2. Front V raise 10lb/4.5kg
TWO
1. RDLs 30lb/14kg (optional towel to lay across hips)
2. Bicep 21s 15lb/6.5kg
THREE
1. Close grip row 55lb/25kg
2. Decline chest press 25lb/11kg
FOUR
1. Overhead triceps extension 30lb/14kg
2. Butterfly crunch (bodyweight)

Complete three LIFT WITH CEE full body workouts each week.
You can either:
- Repeat this video 3x/week for a 4-8 week training block (called a mesocycle)
- Pick a different video 3x/week from a 30 min or 40 min workout playlist
Build muscle by consistently increasing the challenge, forcing your body to adapt and grow. When you’re familiar with a workout routine it’s easier to focus on proper form, get a better connection to the target muscle, add in an extra rep and know when it’s time to increase your dumbbell weight!

I MUCH prefer this audio of your workout. It makes the workout feel REAL and I want to push myself harder. I’m so glad you are trying this approach and I am hoping you continue to do this! You said you’re “out of your comfort zone” with this new way, but I’m so glad you took a chance because I feel so much better following along- when I can hear how hard you’re working and that pushes me to do the same!

Dear Cheryl, I'm 61 years old and I started lifting with your 20 minute workouts back in January which were a perfect start to lifting and for my attention span. I now love your 30 minute workouts and have increased my weights significantly. I'm so much stronger and more agile now than I was at the beginning of the year. I wanted to tell you that I recently had a spill on my bicycle, I slid on some gravel but I was able to have a controled, athletic fall and I landed on my feet! I could not have pulled that off 10 months ago. My core, strong legs and back worked beautifully, thank you for helping me get stronger and improving my functional fitness! PS: I can open jars again without having to ask for help, a small but happy win.

I'm happy with live or pre-recorded. You are excellent, Cee, with both formats. This was perfectly cued!! Hearing your breathing and seeing you struggle a bit now and then is encouraging! agree, your format is great, I prefer the talking while you work out to the prerecorded version. But whatever works for you, everyone is different. I love he workouts as they are, I'm not into cardio, I walk on the days in-between, I prefer weights and strength training to anything else. Thank you for sharing your workouts with the world. I turned 50 in September and started your weekly workouts one month ago. This is by far the best strength training program I’ve ever done, for sooooo many reasons. I’m watching my body change and take shape. I enjoy these workouts and often want to do a 4th day because they are just that good. I'm loving these workouts Cee! I'm turning 51 this December and was afraid that i would have to stop working out as I was having difficulty finding workouts that fit this menopausal body and was feel like crap no matter what I did . After working out for so many years it becomes a part of who you are and has really helped me with my mental health. This is my third week of your 30 min workouts and everything just feels better, along with my mind. Thank you keep up the awesome workouts. I really appreciate them.

All of your 30 minute full body classes are amazing. I could never afford a personal trainer, but with you I am reaching goals at home that I couldn't reach at home by myself. No matter the format, the bell, the mic, it doesn't matter. You are amazing!!! The work you put in, to helping us at home, is so appreciated. I have more goals to reach. Absolutely LOVE this !! 57 years and have been inconsistent until I found this channel. Look forward to the 3x week repeat and love the no nonsense approach to get in and get it done. I’m a 60 yo female and fitness has always been part of my life. I’ve been weight training for almost a year and really like it. It’s been a game changer in losing fat. I love your format and doing the same routine three times. It really helps to focus on doing each movement correctly by practicing three times in a row. I honestly can't convey how much your work outs mean to me. They have been transformational. I am a really busy mum of 3, can't think of anything worse than going to the gym. What i have achieved with your videos is astounding! I love your non patronising and relaxed tone. It really speaks to me, and I suspect, a lot of us here. I loved this session and the mic felt more natural, but still really calm, abd composed. Bravo!

I love that your workouts have a longer rest time than other strength training workouts on youtube. That extra 20 seconds makes a difference and helps me not feel overworked/overstressed while working out. Keeping cortisol in check 💪🏾

It felt like I was working out with you in a private studio. It was nice to hear you huffing and puffing right along with me. I have been doing your workouts 3x a week for almost 3 months and my body has completely transformed. I’ve always worked out, Pilates, weights, cardio but since I’ve been doing your workouts I finally got rid of the last few pounds of fat and have really toned up. I’m down to 18% body fat and my muscle mass is 106 lbs. I’m 61 so it’s pretty much a miracle. Thank you very much!

Turned 55 this week. Started these workouts in 8 months ago when i realized the cardio wasn’t serving my changing body needs (meno shocker!) The 3x week format has been where it’s AT! I’m seeing myself get stronger & feel great. Cee i used to teach step aerobics with a mic…hahaha yes, every breath is emphasized and it’s real. I like both ways.

I am 48 years old and have been on a journey to better health since 2019. During the shut down in 2020 I invested in some dumbbells and I’ve been working out at home since. I'm 77 years old here in Ottawa and have been doing Lift with Cee since the new year. I started at #1 of the 30 minute workout with voice....I went through all of them and now I'm half way through the 2nd round of doing the same workout for 2 weeks at a time. I love it....I like the timing, the option of stopping for a few more seconds of 'rest'. It gives me order to my day and my mind. I also do my own stretching for a few minutes before and after the workout. Thank you Cee.

I came to chime in on the mic issue but this is my fourth week wit you and I'm already seeing results. I was a fitness instructor years ago and doing fine until menopause piled 20 pounds on me in 3 months, during the pandemic! Your workouts are hard, but right to the point every time. Thank you for doing this and please don't ever delete! Now, I loved your prerecorded workouts and don't need to hear it live but whatever is most comfortable with you works for me. Just don't stop posting workouts!

Cheryl, I've been working out most of my life. Have tried multiple work-outs. Just started your workouts after lifting heavy barbells at the gym and injuring myself due to heavy weights. As a 57-year young woman, I'm seeing great results with your workouts and no injury. Thank you so much for supporting the community of women body builders. Hi Cee, I started your workouts just 3 weeks ago and they are just what I needed after leaving my gym training and doing other online training sporadically. The 3 x per week same workout is THE BEST way to train for me-I know what to expect, don’t spend ages setting up different equipment and can increase intensity more knowledgeably. It gives me 1 less thing to think about and means I just DO IT! I think presenting either way works great! I love your music choice too. It means another thing I don’t have to set up. It’s all about making it as easy as possible for people to do-and you do. I’m doing your workouts at lunchtimes so now as they are so quick and efficient-I have my evenings free now! Love the fact that you show your weights so I can compare (in a helpful way)! Honestly, I’m so grateful for all the work you’re putting in to produce them. Thank you from England 😊

I wasn’t sure I’d like this but I was wrong! I tend to hold my breath so this really helped. I also learned I need to prioritize working out in the early morning before the rest of the day takes over. Finished this one at 6:30 pm but hey I did it. Thanks for the motivation and your commitment to your virtual gym rats, no matter what time we show up.

Cee, I appreciate you so much. I went hiking with my family yesterday and had to carry my 5 year old up some challenging portions of the path. My knees felt strong, and my arms had no trouble supporting him! I have no pain today, and I know it is because of these workouts! I am 46 and feel better than I did 10 years ago. Thank you!!

Hi Cee - I have been following your workouts regularly for five weeks now and I am really noticing a difference in my overall strength and endurance. I love that you encourage women to lift heavier weights and challenge themselves. It is truly unique as so many trainers focus on cardio and light weight usage, underestimating what women can do to keep themselves strong and fit. As a 47 year old woman, I know how important building and maintaining muscle density is for healthy aging. I feel fantastic. Thank-you for everything that you do for this community!

You are the BEST! Either way, works for me! I look forward to your workouts 3X a week. I’ve been consistent each week and I might have to get heavier weights. I’ve got a pair of weights you add to but they only go up to 24# each, so I use both at the same time which is cumbersome while doing certain exercises. I’ve shared your 🏋️‍♂️ with 4 others. KEEP IT UP! Us women need strength! I’ll be 70 in November and I’m stronger than ever!

I like both formats but it’s good to hear your breathing harder in the warm-up and it’s not just me! 😄. Thanks for your workout videos, they have helped me get back on track with a routine.

Cee you were NEXT LEVEL in this new workout format. I LOVED IT!!!!! I've been working out for years and this is the only program that sets me up for my goals and most importantly the consistency needed for real growth! I love the MIC!! please keep using it! It makes me feel more connected to the work out with you :)... I too went up this week on weights... I was breathing hard with you!

First of all- thank you for the quality & variety in each workout. I’m a former group fitness instructor & CPT. Currently, I just retired & blessed to teach yoga 2-5x per week. I love to lift but could not find what I liked- until I saw you on IG. Your workouts are easy to follow, no nonsense & encouraging. I love the variety! Hello! I’ve been doing your workouts for a couple of months now, and have really enjoyed them. You provide a nice variety of exercises which are challenging and easy to follow! 😊 I just wanted to comment (respectfully) on your most recent format. I know that it is difficult to please everyone, and I give you credit for trying something new and different. 👍 Having said this, I (personally) prefer your ‘regular’ format. I enjoyed the way you previewed the exercises at the beginning of the workout, prior to beginning your warm up. This way, I know which weights I want to have nearby. Secondly, (again…my ‘own preference’) I enjoyed listening to the music. With all due respect, I’d rather listen to the music than listening to how you are breathing. I totally understand your reasoning for this, but it didn’t ‘work’ for me. (This is not intended as an insult, just my own opinion.). Aside from these two things, as usual, the workout itself was great, as usual! 🤗🏋️‍♀️ Thank you for taking the time to create these videos that make it so much easier to work out from home! 🙏 Stay well! 😊 Thank you for creating I found benefit in the way you intro
