Mid Back Pain, Neck Tension and Poor Posture are often due to weakness in the mid back stabilizing muscles.
In this video Dr. Malcolm Young shows you a simple resistance band exercise to strengthen the rhomboids, lats and traps with Banded Scapular Rows.
Three Keys:
1. Make sure to keep your core engaged and pelvis neutral
2. Squeeze shoulder blades (scapula) back as you are doing this motion
3. Make sure to pull first with your shoulder blades then finish with your arms
Recommendation for reps:
3 sets of 15-20 reps to start.
