I completely agree that walk really really helps with a smooth delivery and post delivery recovery. I have delivered a month back and I also use to walk for more than 10000steps every single day(except for first trimester 😉) and it really helped. Plus bio oil really worked well in my case too!

Stretch marks depend on the elasticity in your skin. Also they happen on the underlying layer of skin so topical creams won't help prevent them

Apply wanish cream throughout your pregnancy especially at bedtime to avoid stretch marks Have noticed the effect during my pregnancy as well as in my patients Tried and tested 🙂
