I so happy that you not forcing her to stretch, keeping it slow and caring about her. Their are lot of people who give hard training to the dancers and make then cry even if they can't hold it any longer and yell to stop. You are a really good trainer❤

Is there a tutorial on these stretches, Example: 1. How long to do each for 2. How flexible you’re meant to be in the beginning 3. How to stretch properly 4. How long you should be doing it during the days Etc.

Flexibility is exactly like endurance workout or power-streight work out You increase slowly the seconds or minutes you stretch. And increase the amplitude And when you do that for years the muscles become very flexible

Stretching is so important. On the other hand, I dare not put in French the translation which is daring. That said. I congratulate the master and his student who is certainly progressing magnificently every day. Flexibility, charisme, pirouettes. Etc. ... An amazing 💜 aerial, light pretty ballerina. @@Houvanpaarden Yes ! She is flexible, fluid, moving like water, her teacher is calm and reassuring. He gives confidence. Thus, all children, students can achieve feats.
