Hey family! Today's video will touch on two ways to get more length from your twistouts without having to use any heat! We all want extra length in our styles...well I know I do lol so this video is very handy. Enjoy it and let me know if you've tried either of these two techniques before.
What is the Twistout 201 Series? In this series we are going from the WASHING all the way to the STYLING and BEYOND in order to PERFECT THE TWISTOUT! I like banding because its heat free! I also always use Bobby pins on my roots to stretch them down

In Ghana(Africa), we actually thread our hair but not band. But maybe in other African countries they do band their hair😅. PS: I love your videos💗💗

The issue is not whether you deserve it, of COURSE you do. You deserve EVERY good thing. You just have to be READY to walk in the blessings He bestows. If you’re not ready, don’t let (non) social media force you into it. You’ll end up miserable. When you’re ready, you’ll know and be wildly successful in it. FYI, I put my Bobby pins at the roots of my hair to make the roots lie flat as it dries. I’ll have to try the pull across and pin method.

I subscribed immediately a few videos back lol. Your tips and tricks- PHEWWWW are EDUCATIONAL!!!! And INFORMATIVE AF. Thank you 🙏🏽 Now I gotta question 🙋🏽‍♀️ lol… If I sleep on my twists, and theyre 60% dry but I sit under my dryer 30min prior to watching this video, and decide to try it out, and sit under the dryer for another 30min, will I still get the same effect as if I waited a day?! Girlaaaa I dont have a day to band my twists and wait 😭😭😭 lol Life won’t let me with my schedule and I can’t be looking crazy once a week for 24 hours 😩

Very true Crys, its very common here in africa, so many ways of saying it we grew up saying "twine", later heard people call it "threading", "plait" , "mabuns" im sure there are many variants out in different African countries, im originally from Zimbabwe but now reside in Zambia. Its a method i use alot although i dont usually do twistouts, i just wash my hair moisturise then thread it when it dries i style it, sorta looks like a wash n go but its not really☺
