Just watched this to the end u guys are warriors those storm waves were crazy, so glad u guys didn't get really hurt hopefully in some calm days one day u will find ur other boat.

I don't know what made me click on your channel, but I did. This experience was more than I expected....sorta' like Raiders of the Lost Ark, but at sea.....absolutely amazing....new subscriber.

WOW! This is the first time Ive watched you guys, amazing. Im from San Diego California and grew up near the beach so Ive done it all over the years. The surfing, all different kinds of fishing from shore, small boats to big boats, diving, spearfishing, everything. Im in my 50s now but you guys bring back the memories of some crazy adventures Ive been on and some lucky to have survived. Now in the last ten years Ive been going on adventures allover the world! Im going to have to go on a binge watching your adventures.

Love the video and adventure, but, as a seasoned open ocean sailor, those waves and wind ain't shit. That's calm weather for most places. Wrong boats, wrong equipment, wrong lines, wrong hardware. You take boats built for close-to-shore use out into the open, and that's what's gonna happen.

Geez, Strick - crazy thing to do - risk your life to save a small boat! I guess you pulled it off, but hope you decide against such a decision if another opportunity presents itself. (My 37' sailboat boat was sunk in Fiji during Cyclone Meli long ago, with loss of two lives.)

Strick you have proven you can handle anything, and you do it with style. Very impressed at the way you take things on, and your explanations bring us right along with you, which is much appreciated. Fran is the coolest person

Washing dishes should be super easy there with just sand and water. Soap really isn't necessary. For people who don't know, if you're going to spend a lot of time around the saltwater and you want to bathe you should use Johnson and Johnson No More Tears baby shampoo. It gets you a lot clearer than other soaps and doesn't feel nasty on your skin later.

I'm with Fran on the humblness of fishing. People compete enough over silly things. Competing over fish or other wildlife is wasteful, leads to imbalance, overfishing, taking more than you need. The only competition that matters, is you can live life happy, take only what you need, live in balance. Fran is graceful, like a mermaid. Jack is about as graceful as a Walrus, but a powerful presence to be reckoned with. Brave and maybe a bit wreckless at the end, heroic and possibly a bit stupid, that's exactly what it takes sometimes to pull off the epic and the legendary. I was scared for his safety, amazed by the quick thinking, quivk action, lack of hesitation. Grateful it ended with such an amazing story. Fran truly does it all, hunt, cook, boat, film, drone pilot, clean the dishes, even drive the truck. Great adventuees and stories of two best mates in love with each other as well as nature and life. Here's to many more adventures.

Is there an area you’ve been to that has very little bugs flying around and bugging you? I love your videos. I think eating sandy food and bugs flying around would irritate me. How do you deal with that? You never complain.

The next time border patrol flies over your area why don't you ask them to drop you some fiberglass cloth and fiberglass resin and some Marine Caulking and do some repairs on your boat it's really easy to do I can talk you through it and you probably need some core sandpaper. Very easy

Yes jumping in the water at night in the middle of the ocean was a very bad idea. You should have at kept a rope from you to the boat until you were safe on the other boat.

I bought grilled barracuda pepes by the side of the road (chunks with balinese spices wrapped in banana leaf and grilled over coconut shells) at Amed, East Bali. None of that helped the flavor.
