This man is a living legend. How privileged we are to live in an age where we can hear such a melody. A melody that tells an epic tale of struggle and perseverance without uttering a single word. I can hear it all. Words of calm, war, love, loss, beauty, lust, passion, adventure, and intrigue. Just amazing.

Вся Его музыка - это душа, истомленная плотью душа, желающая вырваться на свободу. Я когда играл на клавишном инструменте свои произведения, подобного содержания, то всегда лишь ТЕ два из шести никогда не оставляли моего собаку в покое. Он каждый раз тихонечко, очень тоскливо подвывал именно при игре определенных двух композиций. Мой кот сегодня впервые услышал Энтони и смотрел на меня такими изумленными глазами, вопрошающими - что это за звуки такие чудесные и завораживающие. Часто когда я играю подобное что то, кот так же смотрит на меня, как будто приведение увидел. Правда играю я каждый раз, что то новое, что приходит на сердце.

This year I passed through 25 days in the hospital, eventually resulting in a new heart valve. His music accompanied me many of the very early mornings that I was up too early. I'd listen in half sleep in the dark. It was awesome and when I hear it now it brings back feelings of comfort and gratitude. And I am gradually hearing it better and seeing exactly what he is doing. It has affected my own guitar playing immensely. I would love to see ET in person and thank him some day. Hope this message makes it there.

Главное, основное в такой музыке то, что душа просыпается в человеке и освободившись от всех оков, от грязной политики, от серости быта, от всех мирских забот - устремляется во вселенную, парит и кайфует, поёт и отдыхает от всей грязи людской, от зла, ненависти, зависти, подлости, от лжи, от предательства, от тщеславия и прочей мерзости! One of the best guitarist's in the world? I wouldnt go that far, especially in regards to virtuosity, bodies of work and pioneership. As for making beautiful fingerstyle music, hes got that down-pat. But I guess being a progressive nerd, im naturally more pretentious.

Это именно так. Каждый раз когда играешь - музыка может звучать по разному. Кто-то говорит что это зависит от мыслей, кто-то говорит что от состояние души во время исполнения, НО сколько не репетируй - эмоции разными будут а значит звук музыкального инструмента тоже может звучать немного иначе

I listened to his guitar songs 10 years ago, I searched for him and found some videos he played in the streets. The point is, he didn't try to become famous, he played and played and played. Money and fame was things he absolutely wasn't in search of

@@greatsoutherntrendkill79 I've heard Dobson and and I prefer Tonne much, much more! They are almost incomparable! Estas is purely organic, with natural continuing music and melody that literally transcends the emotional and spiritual realm. Ewan on the other side is very if not extremely (I would almost use the word 'only') technical, there is very little soul in his performance, in spite he is very much in flamenco, too. His playing is based on patterns and he experiments only with those most of the time.

One thing that impressed me so much about this song is how Estas can play 2 different volume levels (dynamics levels) at the same time. The main melody is louder while the background melody is softer.

This is the first time in years that I could stare at something and shut off my mind. I've living under constant stress since a long time and, for many years, I couldn't just stare and something and apreciate its beauty. Everything had to have a lesson, something that I could learn from, "there's no time to waste" I told to myself. That was until tonight, for the first time in years I just stared at music and feel its beauty not only from the perspective of my craft (I'm a sound engineer and music producer), but also from a human perspective. THANK YOU for giving me back something long lost, thank you for giving me peace and ease of mind through your music, thank you for reminding me what I started my path as a musician for.

Yes. Estas Tonne is coming to Finland 22. day 10th month this year (2022). Just got all tickets to venue and traveling bought. I am so excited to be able to be where he is and listen that divine soul to channel his spirit through guitar to people there. He is just magnificent. He is like from another world. I trained estas for many years. I feel he has gone beyond what I could ever have imagined. One of the best students I have ever had the pleasure to teach. I recall him as an eager 17 year old wanting to learn chords. He was a quick learner, and by the age of 17.5 he had learnt all the chords and was writing and playing his own music. He is one of the only people I know who actually feels the music he plays. The music becomes part of you. You feel me. That incense stick is to remember me by. He says it's beautiful smell reminds him of the fragrance of our friendship. I think he is one of the best guitarists in the world. Like me, he doesn't want fame or fortune. We do this for the love of the guitar. The love.
