Hey I love watching you play you seem really great! I am a stripe main he is basically one of the few characters I play. Stripe seems good on paper but has a lot of flaws. Some of his attacks wiff a lot. Like his up attack on the ground with his final kick can miss sometimes. His skateboard, if you miss it, has a lot of end lag leaving you to be open for a punish. He is very light which means he gets slapped around easily. There’s also a bug with him. His dynamite sometimes just disappears. So whenever you’re holding it, it will disappear so you don’t know if you have a dynamite ready or not leaving you to mess up sometimes. But you did great man I would love to see you play as him more.

I really cant wrap my head around the eternal endlag after using the skateboard... I mean, it is a definite killconfirm at higher percents, but the same goes for bananaguards sidespecial, which has a lower endlag..

@@LinkoderDon I real have no idea either. Now that I think of it, a lot of stripe’s moves have a lot of end lag. When he uses his buzz saw on the ground. Skateboard. If he misses a shot with his gun. Is down attack where he shoots the boom box. I don’t get why an assassin character has more end lag on a lot of their moves compared to a brawler which is banana guard.

@@mikeyjust not alone, no. But in the hands of a decent player it’s easily one of the strongest ringout tools multiversus has seen.

@@mikeyjust it can kill steven and some other light chars at around 80 percent, when they are near the upper bounds. The same goes for other chars, that are around 100 - 120 percent. Good killconfirm imo

I find up special is more consistent than up air and you can dodge chase after with chainsaw

@@Criptoartificial after two hits of the up tilt, people mash dodge outta the up air alot . Most time I can land up special twice if angled right

Stripes fourth/last hit of his grounded Up-Attack almost kills every time at high percent. So I wouldnt transition into an Air Up-Attack after the third grounded Up-Attack, as the enemy has the possibility to dodge it.

you prolly know now but you can redirect the skateboard or keep it going by moving the anolog in the direction you wanna go and pressing the same button again
